My daughter, Aurora, is 15 and in the final year of school. Aurora loves school but physics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The GCSE exam is in November. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in London or online, for about sixteen weeks. Aurora is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in physics, you could change the course of Aurora's year. Glad we found this place.

  • so sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Bonny this morning. Greetings from Bonny

    • Hope it all works out. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 24 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
