Free tutoring hours for Addison: mathematics online or in Birmingham
Addison is working hard on mathematics but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the national would help enormously.

My niece, Addison, is 17 and in the final year of school. Addison loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The national exam is in October.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Birmingham or online, for about twenty weeks.
Addison is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Addison's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending love. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Hồ Chí Minh City.
Sending love. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Campinas this morning. Thinking of Birmingham.
Sending good thoughts, Walter. Shared this with my family. All the best.
Wishing you peace. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
thanks for sharing this, Walter. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes
