Francis is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Makati Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,050.
The registrar has said Francis can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Francis has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Francis would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Francis isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Makati Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $450
• Exam and lab fees: $65
• Textbooks and materials: $65
