Found: an envelope of important papers near the library in Strasbourg
I found an envelope of important papers yesterday. I'd like to return it to its owner. Tell me what it looks like to claim it.

I'm Clémence. Yesterday I found an envelope of important papers near the library in Strasbourg. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Thank you for sharing this and for keeping an eye out.

I walk that way every morning and will keep an eye out. I have shared this in two local groups. Flexible on timing.

I think I saw something like this near there yesterday. I will go back and have a proper look. Just let me know.
