Found: a child's blue rucksack near the train platform in Ballarat
I found a child's blue rucksack on the weekend. I'd like to return it to its owner. Tell me what it looks like to claim it.

I'm Taghreed. At the weekend I found a child's blue rucksack near the train platform in Ballarat. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Please don't put phone numbers in the comments. Use the offer button and we'll connect.
