Foster home needed for Luna, a gentle border collie, for 6 weeks

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Thursday, for about 6 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Luna, my four-year-old border collie. Luna is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Houston. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Luna is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
