Foster home needed for Juno, a gentle border collie, for 6 weeks

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Monday, for about 6 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Juno, my seven-year-old border collie. Juno is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within London. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Juno is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
