Foster home needed for Juno, a gentle beagle, for 3 weeks

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Wednesday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Juno, my two-year-old beagle. Juno is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Milan. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Juno is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
