Fighting stage 2 breast cancer: help Rutuja afford treatment in Coimbatore
Rutuja is facing stage 2 breast cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Rutuja was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in May. The oncology team at the Coimbatore Oncology Institute has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Rutuja is 47, worked as a hairdresser until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Coimbatore Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
