Daniel was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at the London Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Daniel is 43, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the London Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
