Fighting multiple myeloma: help Maryam afford treatment in 6th of October City
6 rounds of treatment are planned at 6th of October City Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Maryam was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in March. The oncology team at 6th of October City Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Maryam is 53, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to 6th of October City Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $700 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $140
• Household costs while unable to work: $350
• Transport to 6th of October City Regional Medical Center: $210
I hope life is good to you.

Sending strength. This could happen to any of us. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of 6th of October City

sending strength, Yusuf. Get well soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Jakarta Barat.
