Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Gabriel afford treatment in Los Angeles

Gabriel was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in September. The oncology team at the Los Angeles Oncology Institute has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Gabriel is 34, worked as a hairdresser until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Los Angeles Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $8,000 goes:
• Transport to the Los Angeles Oncology Institute: $370
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,750
• Scans and lab work: $1,880
