Fighting cervical cancer: help Winnie afford treatment in Mbale
Winnie is facing cervical cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Winnie was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Mbale Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Winnie is 26, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mbale Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Winnie.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team is the biggest at $40. Fair thing to want to know.
