Fighting cervical cancer: help Funmilayo afford treatment in Lagos
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Lagos University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Funmilayo was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Lagos University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Funmilayo is 48, worked as a bank teller until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lagos University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
