Feed 292 families each week at the Thursday Table in Cebu City
Cris runs a volunteer pantry feeding 292 families; this fund restocks shelves for the summer.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Sunday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 25 families, and now we feed 292 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 46% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 12 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Cebu City market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $250 goes:
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $105
• Baby formula and diapers: $75
• Refrigeration and electricity: $70
Every share and every dollar helps.

Take care. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Cebu City.
