Farsi interpreter for Karina's hospital appointment in Medellín

I'm Eduardo. Karina is my neighbor, and speaks Farsi but little English. We have a follow-up after surgery on Monday in Medellín and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait. Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Karina wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
