I'm Alexandre. Juliana is a new member of our church group, and speaks Farsi but little English. We have a specialist appointment on Sunday in Rio de Janeiro and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait. Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Juliana wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
