After a house fire, Farhana has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Dhaka Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Farhana has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Farhana could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
