Saeed passed away on 9 June; we're raising $900 for a respectful funeral in Cairo.

Saeed, my grandfather, passed away on 9 June after a road accident. He was 54 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $900 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 14 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Saeed to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $510
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $290
• Transport of the deceased: $75
• Memorial gathering for the family: $25

Sure. The biggest one is funeral home services and casket, $510. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
