Farewell fund for Kunle: help Aisha's family in Lagos
After the sudden passing of Kunle, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.
🇳🇬 Nigeria615 views
Kunle, my father, passed away on 31 July after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 83 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 19 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Kunle to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $700 goes:
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $260
• Memorial gathering for the family: $60
• Funeral home services and casket: $380
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
