Farewell fund for Karthik: help Swetha's family in Ahmedabad
Swetha lost her uncle suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $250.

Karthik, my uncle, passed away on 24 November after a stroke. He was 64 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 December.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Karthik to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Memorial gathering for the family: $80
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $110
• Transport of the deceased: $60

It's all in the list in the story. memorial gathering for the family is the big one at $80, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
