Farewell fund for Frank: help Alexandra's family in Lexington
After the sudden passing of Frank, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.
🇺🇸 Lexington, Kentucky, United States528 views
Frank, my husband, passed away on 24 May after a stroke. He was 77 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 7 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Frank to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $840
• Transport of the deceased: $560
• Memorial gathering for the family: $350
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Hang in there, Alexandra. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Narayanganj
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Lexington.
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about cemetery plot and burial fees, advice is welcome too.
