Francisco passed away on 7 May; we're raising $1,950 for a respectful funeral in Ciudad de México.

Francisco, my brother, passed away on 7 May after a short illness. He was 26 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,950 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 May.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Francisco to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $550
• Memorial gathering for the family: $150
