Anjali, my sister, passed away on 12 November after a short illness. She was 27 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $200 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 22 November.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Anjali to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $135
• Memorial gathering for the family: $50
• Transport of the deceased: $15

Cemetery plot and burial fees is $135 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page.
