My sister Ayu has been accepted for treatment at Depok Transplant Centre in Depok, starting on Tuesday in November. We live 281 km away in a town in the north, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself. We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 6 weeks. Two of us would stay: Ayu and me. We can contribute $15 a week and cook for the household if you'd like. Ayu will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you. Thanks for being kind about this.

  • good luck. Your post was clear and honest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.

    • Thinking of you and your family, Agus. Gave what I could, wish it was more!

Keep going, Agus. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
