Everton needs a guide into renewable energy - monthly calls
A mentor in renewable energy could help Everton with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a security guard for 16 years, and I'm 42. After being laid off, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Manchester, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
