Everett is launching a craft brewery and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a craft brewery in Christchurch next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

Hope it all works out, Everett. Small businesses are the heart of Christchurch. Hope you're open again soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Christchurch!
