Esperanza is opening a cleaning company and needs a mentor who has done it
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a cleaning company in Medellín next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

good luck. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
