Looking for a patient English writing tutor, 1 hours a week, for 15 weeks.

My younger brother, Santiago, is 17 and in Year 10. Santiago loves school but English writing has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The national exam is in March.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in San Francisco or online, for about sixteen weeks.
Santiago is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in English writing, you could change the course of Santiago's year.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
