English writing help for Atieno, preparing for the national exam
Looking for a patient English writing tutor, 2 hours a week, for 15 weeks.

My younger sister, Atieno, is 13 and in the final year of school. Atieno loves school but English writing has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The national exam is in August.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Nairobi or online, for about ten weeks.
Atieno is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in English writing, you could change the course of Atieno's year.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

as a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Newport
Wishing you peace, Bakari. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care
Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 14 people at work. All the best.
Hope this works out for you. Put this on a community board in Jeddah this morning. Take care.
Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out
Rooting for you, Bakari. Hope you get there
