Emmanuel needs a lift to the Obuasi Kidney Centre - can you help one day a week?

A rota of drivers to the Obuasi Kidney Centre would keep Emmanuel on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Obuasi
Emmanuel has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the Obuasi Kidney Centre alone. After surgery on their hand, Emmanuel can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 10 km each way. Emmanuel is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. I hope life is good to you.
