San Nicolás de los Garza
Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 2 September we rushed to San Nicolás de los Garza Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $750. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $70 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to San Nicolás de los Garza Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ziggy's recovery. Where the $750 goes: • Emergency surgery: $380 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $230 • Medication and follow-up visits: $50 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $90 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending strength. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of San Nicolás de los Garza

hope things get better soon. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.

Poor Ziggy, hope they feel better soon. Wish I lived closer to Kadıköy so I could bring a meal.

Wishing you the best, Fernando. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. My husband and I read this together. All the best
