Montréal
Tucker is my German shepherd of three years. On 3 July we rushed to the Montréal Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,250. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $250 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Montréal Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $2,250 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,650 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $300 • Medication and follow-up visits: $180 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $120 Glad we found this place. - Alexander
