Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Johannesburg
Tucker, Brandon's three-legged dog, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $550.

Tucker is my three-legged dog of two years. On 9 June we rushed to Johannesburg Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $550.
They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker got me through my hardest year. I have already put $70 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Johannesburg Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.

• Emergency surgery: $270
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $180
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
