Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Atlanta
A German shepherd named Rosie needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,200 bill the family can't cover.

Rosie is my German shepherd of nine years. On 23 August we rushed to Atlanta Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,200.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $110 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Atlanta Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rosie's recovery.

• Medication and follow-up visits: $195
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $160
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $845
