Kinondoni
Rocky is my rabbit of six years. On 9 April we rushed to Kinondoni Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Kinondoni Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rocky's recovery. Where the $250 goes: • Emergency surgery: $160 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $40 • Medication and follow-up visits: $25 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $25 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Kipchoge
