Poppy is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 11 June we rushed to the San Diego Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,450. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $360 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the San Diego Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery.
