Emergency vet bill for Nala in Zanzibar City

Nala is my German shepherd of three years. On 27 August we rushed to Zanzibar City Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Nala, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Nala is more than a pet - Nala is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Zanzibar City Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $100
• Emergency surgery: $130
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
