Ginger is my three-legged dog of three years. On 15 November we rushed to East London Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to East London Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ginger's recovery.
