Emergency vet bill for Finn in Rohini

Finn is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 18 October we rushed to Rohini Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond January. Finn is more than a pet - Finn walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Rohini Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
