Emergency vet bill for Finn in Berlin

Finn is my dog of eleven years. On 23 November we rushed to Berlin Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,200. They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Finn is more than a pet - Finn got me through my hardest year. I have already put $170 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Berlin Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
