Emergency vet bill for Archie in Winston-Salem
Archie, Daniela's dog, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $3,100.

Archie is my dog of eleven years. On 11 October we rushed to the Winston-Salem Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $3,100.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $165 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Winston-Salem Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $3,100 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,800
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $700
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $350
