I'm eight weeks into recovery from opioid addiction. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week. I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like. I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • so sorry you're going through this, Elżbieta. Looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.

    • praying for you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 30 people at work. God bless.

      • wishing you the best. Hope this works out for you. Sent it to 18 people at work.

        • You're not alone. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Buenos Aires this morning. Thinking of Radom.

          • Thinking of you, Elżbieta. I hope things turn around soon. God bless!
