I'm six months into recovery from prescription-drug dependence. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week. I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like. I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

  • Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Santos but we're thinking of you.

    • Thinking of you and your family. Get well soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.

      • Take care, Elena. Get well soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust!
