Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Óscar pay $300
Help Óscar cover an overdue electricity and water bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Óscar received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $300 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Óscar called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Óscar is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $80
