Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Ángel pay $1,050
Ángel is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in June and needs $1,050 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $1,050. I have never been late before losing my job in June.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
