Electrician needed urgently: Terry's home isn't safe
Terry has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms, and can't afford a licensed electrician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In March an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,950 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $300.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

Best of luck, Terry. Shared this with my family. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Buffalo.
hang in there. Shared it with a few friends. God bless
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Birmingham this morning. Greetings from Birmingham.
