Electrician needed urgently: Amaka's home isn't safe
An electrician is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 6.

In June an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $195 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

good luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from San Diego.
Wishing you the best. Looking forward to the next update. All the best
