I coordinate donations at Lotus Refugee Centre in Hồ Chí Minh City. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Hồ Chí Minh City, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Lotus Refugee Centre on Saturday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Lotus Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thanks for sharing this. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Love from Thane.
Take care, Thành. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Don't give up.
Wishing you peace, Thành. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too
Sending good thoughts. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.
Hope things get better soon, Thành. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
