Donate a coat: Satish is collecting for 63 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Acacia Community Church.
🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India1,635 views
I coordinate donations at the Acacia Community Church in Rohini. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Rohini, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Community Church on Wednesday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you so much.

Wishing you the best, Satish. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 29 people at work.
Sending love, Satish. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Take care.
you're not alone, Satish. Shared this with my family. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Sending strength. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Blessings.
Hope things get better soon, Satish. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Nairobi
Sending strength, Satish. Your post was clear and honest. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.

Sending love, Satish. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.

I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best!
Hang in there. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. It's not much but it's yours. Take care
